POLICY INFORMATION
Payment Options Amounts shown are in US Dollars. All order payments are first captured via our secure Mal's e-commerce shopping cart and then processed through PayPal®. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal®. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please email us at tufftagz@byhandgoods.com. We will hold your items for 7 days or until we receive your check/money order payment. If no payment is received within 7 days the items will be relisted for sale.
Shipping Standard orders are mailed within 1-2 business days. For custom orders, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Orders are shipped First-Class Mail® via the U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise specified (an extra service charge will be applied for expediated shipping). Note: We ship worldwide.
Returns Custom made items are not returnable. However, we will gladly remake the product in an effort to satisfy our customers. If still dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund your purchase price for the product. Tuff Tagz will accept returns/exchanges of non-damaged/unused pet collars if we are notified within one (1) week after you receive the merchandise. A refund, less original shipping costs and will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part. Returned merchandise shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if an exchange is being made, we will cover shipping cost for the new merchandise. Please email us before returning merchandise at tufftagz@byhandgoods.com. Refunds will be given in the form they were received (i.e., if you purchased on a credit card, your card will be refunded. If you paid with a check, we will refund via a business check.).
Privacy Policy The information our customers provide is never shared, sold, or rented - period! We ask for your email address only so you will receive a confirmation statement of your order and so we may contact you regarding your order. By Hand Goods, Inc. may use your email address in the future to notify you about new merchandise and/or special promotions offered by us.

Gift Certificates Gift certificates can be purchased directly through the website in multiples of $20. Wholesale We offer our pet i.d. tags at wholesale prices to select retailers. If you are a retailer and would like to carry a Tuff Tagz product please complete our Distributor Application and return it to us via email or fax: (404) 378 - 0369. Once we qualify you for wholesale pricing we will e-mail you our wholesale information. Note: You must provide us with your state sales tax number and/or your federal tax ID number.
